All our tires have their recommended pressure written on the side of the thread. Usually it varies between 3.1BAR and 3.6BAR. If the inner tubes get punctures often it is allowed to increase the pressure by 10%.
Our electric scooters have their maximum speed limited according to local laws. Users can at their own discretion disable the speed limiter without losing warranty.

We recommend performing a check-up on the scooter at the end of Winter to check the scooter's electronics, mechanical parts and battery condition. The last one especially should be kept away from spending long time in low temperatures.
The range of the scooter is affected by the following factors: the surface it's riding on. The lowest resistance will be experienced while riding on asphalt and cobblestone. Non-solid roads are going to be more demanding of the battery. Another crucial factor is the angle at which we're riding. Going uphill significantly reduces the range of the scooter. Even atmospheric temperature affects the range of the scooter as sub-zero temperatures cause the battery to discharge faster. On the other hand high temperatures can also cause permanent damage to the battery.

Another key factor is the pressure inside the tyres. Low pressure caues the tyre to lose its roundness which creates additional resistances when riding. The range in the parameters is tested using one motor. Riding with both motors enabled can significantly lower the range due to increased power draw. The last aspect that affects range is the rider's weight.
Electric vehicles are sensitive to low temperatures that's why it's important to properly maintain them during cold seasons. First you want to consider the place where you will store your device. It should be a place with low moisture and a minimum temperature of 10 degrees Celsius. Longer storage of the vehicle requires recharging approximately every 30 days as the Li-Ion batteries lose their voltage over time. It is not recommended to charge the battery to 100%.

* The charger provided with the vehicle should be used when charging!
No electric device is truly waterproof. Our electric scooters are not resistant to rain or flooding. The device should be used in accordance with the user manual. Any signs of flooding will be a basis for voided warranty
